SINCE  1993

The law firm of Ioannis C. Moustakatou & Associates was founded three decades ago by its head, Ioannis George Moustakatou, Attorney at Law, holder of LLM in Criminal Law, who has been practicing law since 1996 (AMDSA 18988), providing legal services of excellent quality.

The office is located on the 2nd floor of a building in Athens at 5 Ypsilantou Street (Kolonaki).

Ioannis Moustakatos was born in 1969 and speaks excellent German and French.

In 1993 he graduated from the Law Department of the Law School of the University of Athens with the degree “Very Good”, while he is a graduate of the postgraduate department of Criminal Law of the University of Athens, having completed his postgraduate thesis on “Electronic Crime”.

‘ He has made presentations at various scientific workshops, events and conferences.

He has also attended the Scientific Seminar Cycle organized by the Athens Bar Association on the subject of

α) Issues of European Community Law and

b) Judicial Protection in the European Courts.

Throughout the years, the success of the firm is related to the meticulous study and research of each case and question, the handling of issues by utilizing the expertise in a wide range of law, the observance of time commitments, the direct information of the clients on the progress of their cases and the continuous training of the associates.

The provision of services is based on an extensive bibliography and periodical legal press database , modern electronic case law databases, as well as the database of case law by subject matter of three decades of the office’s operation.

The network of cooperating law offices, in the Courts of First Instance and the Courts of Appeal throughout the country, allows the law firm to undertake and handle cases throughout Greece.
